Henry Park's 30th Anniversary
Hi all, 2day was my School's 30th Anniversary! We celebrated it by going for an Anniversary dinner. Well, I was the first student to demonstrate something to the guest of honour, Mr Lim Swee Say-Minister(Prime Minister's office ) and MP for Holland- Bukit Timah GRC . I showed him how to tie a sheet bend which was used to join 2 ropes of unequal thickness or to join with other ropes to form a longer rope. Luck was also with me! My friend's mum got an extra ticket as the person who bought the ticket couldn't come, so she asked if I could go for the dinner. I called my mum and she said yes. Well, the dinner was good, but the performances were equally as good! There was Gymnastics,Drumming, Chinese Orchestra, Chinese Dance, Taekwondo and a few others. I enjoyed it!
